The Easter macarons
Yuzu-inspired coated lemon
Two macaron shells and a creamy filling of crushed whole lemon (zest, ziste, flesh, juice) coated with yuzu couverture (34% cocoa, citrus and yuzu notes).
Raspberry-inspired coated Ispahan
Two macaroon shells filled with a creamy pink - lychee mousse coated with raspberry couverture (35% cocoa, notes of raspberry and candied fruit).
Dark chocolate-covered banana nyangbo
Two macaron shells filled with a banana chocolate ganache coated with Nyangbo dark chocolate (68% cocoa, spicy and vanilla notes).
